My experience overall it's a mess! Delayed delivery up to 3 hours! that's if the order arrived, I made an order yesterday and I still didn't receive it til now and they didn't even bother to contact me! you can't change your phone number, customer services take so long to reply on a simple issue! Good app idea, but bad management and poor customer services.

Sorry,but this is the worst app ever. Service is terrible, orders are always very late, never placed an order and received it the same day. It always arrives the following day. The app only offers the option to pay in cash, no cards available, it's very user-unfriendly, and it's hard to get in touch with someone. If you miss a call, god-forbid, you can't call back. You can't contact the pharmacy or track your order. I'm forced to use it coz it has an exclusive deal with Metlife. Act better,guys.

This is the worst app ever, as it delivers absolutely the opposite of its purpose. It should be helping people to find their needed medications in faster & more convenient way yet it failed each and every time I tried it. The option for the fast track delivery (which is 3 hrs by the way) would charge U almost double the delivery fees and yet they fail to deliver it on time. For 2 times in a row I canceled my order after spending 6 hours of following up on whether the order is sent to pharmacy?!
